I was charged $800 to move a one bedroom apartment less than ten minutes away to the new location. The lead mover behaved wildly inappropriately towards myself and the other mover. I contracted Two Men & a Truck under false pretenses - that I would be taken care of. Instead I feel taken advantage of. The idea is that TWO men would move me, not just ONE of them. The lead guy sat around and barely lifted a finger the whole time - making a short move into a five hour ordeal. "Movers who care" is misleading, and a lie. My husband has attempted to contact the manager multiple times, and has yet to even receive a call back. This has been a horrible experience, and I will tell everyone about it, and make sure no one I know contracts with this company. It's been terrible.

The whole experience was excellent. Setting up the appointment and communication with the office staff was great. The moving team was exceptional. They made the necessary modifications to the schedule to be able to complete my move in 1 day doing 2 trips. The moving team outstanding. They worked very hard to complete the move. They were personable and a great group of guys to be around. I will recommend the company and the team of movers to everyone I know that is planning a move.

I choose your company because of the ease, friendliness and comparable pricing. But mostly because the ease. Other companies made it too complicated for my needs , having a third party pay for my move. The movers (Augustin & Kalani) we’re friendly, professional and respectful of my belongings. I wrote a great review on Yelp. Also Gizelle and other office staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I will absolutely use your company again and highly recommend.

Top Notch service and completely satisfied. The moving team went above the normal call to make my move easy. They were extraordinary, caring and kind. Very professional and even called me Sir. Did an amazing job and very careful with my items. I was very impressed. They were concerned about my wellbeing as well as moving my things. They expressed their personal attention to satisfy me and keep me happy. My bedroom was too large to go up a narrow stairway and the team made countless efforts to try and figure a way. Wow! Who does that? The office staff were amazing and very courteous. Highly recommend this company to everyone I know thank you for making my move seamless and less painful.
