The three men that helped us move were very professional and courteous. They were careful with our things and used pads, wraps, and equipment to move everything. They had a very hard job of getting a sleeper sofa out of a small entryway, and up two flights of stairs, but they did it fast and without complaints. They were also really good with our dog which we really appreciated. Id hire them again

The packing crew left items unpacked for the move the next day. The crew did not say why they were leaving kitchen items or say who was responsible to pack them.
Office staff omitted mentioning that the packing crew had to be paid at the conclusion of packing instead of both packing and the move. Estimates emailed to me only showed the date of service as the day of the move, not day of packing.
