I already left a Google review. The long and short of it is that it was a good experience.

When I booked I assumed a move included packing cloths, dishes, etc. We added packing a additional service during the move and all ended well.

Sheldon, Reshawn & Juan stepped into a difficult moving situation with grace & kindness. They were efficient, careful & SO STRONG! Even though the person moving had not packed items carefully or correctly, the guys took that into account & nothing broke during the move. All the furniture was carefully wrapped, so nothing got dinged or scratched. And, they NEVER touched a wall! BRILLIANT!!!!

I was very pleased with the thorough job Alicia did in estimating my move and ensuring I knew what to expect. The 4 young men that showed up on moving day were very accommodating, hard working and respectful. My move was very stressful but you all made it much easier than I expected and I thank you for that. Congrats on a job well done!

All of my mom's worldly possessions were packed up in So. Cal. by Trevon & Scott on a Saturday, and Sunday night they called to say they'd be here in North Texas early Monday morning!

These two great guys arrived on time and immediately went to offloading into a storage unit without stopping, even in the 100° weather. Trevon & Scott were always respectful, helpful and went above & beyond!!!!!!

Zeke was rude and when my fridge was dropped he was trying to make excuses for it and saying the damage came from the obligation of maneuvering it. When writing the report of the damage I had to tell him several times to write down the proper explanation of damage. He tried to avoid writing down the dent that was on the side due to the drop . Other two men were extremely helpful and respectful

The moving team was great, efficient and courteous. They handled the move from arrival at the pickup site to delivery/placement (less than 19 miles away) in less that 1.5 hours. I was very appreciative of the office staff to schedule our medical emergency move so quickly. Only "ouch" was the cost ($522) to move only a bed (without headboard, etc.), 2 chairs, night stand, and small air purifier.

TM&T has provided exceptional service from the initial phone call to the last minutes of the move. I have moved over twenty times over the last 35 years this three-man crew performed at a remarkable level. The three who helped me made me feel that our items would be safe and that they are on top of the whole move. Apart from being great at handling our things, they were also delightful to work with.
