I had used Two Men and a Truck to move our warehouse/distribution function from El Monte to Irwindale in 2017 and was very happy with the performance, timing, and cost. When it came time to move our personal household goods from Baldwin Park to Upland I hired Two Men and a Truck based on the 2017 experience.

Called about a month ahead to book a move from our apt to a storage while we’re in between places. Staff was kind and helpful booking a date and explaining the costs. On the big move day i was prepared with everything boxed and surfaces cleaned to be moved. I had two of the nicest movers who worked quickly, carefully, and had wonderful attitudes. The job couldn’t have gone better. It was finished and unloaded at our storage in record time. Will definitely be referring friends and using Two Men and a Truck’s services again. Keep up the stellar work and thanks again!

I want to be clear that the movers were excellent. The issue I had was with the inefficiency of the office staff. I live in MD and the move was in CA for my mom. The contact person was in CA yet on the day of the move I received the phone call. the movers had no other information to call anyone else. I had to excuse myself from a meeting in order to ensure they had the correct number to call. I was told my CC would not be charged, payment was to be made at time of service, yet my CC was charged even though payment information was received the day of the move in CA. It was quickly corrected but it should not have happened. Your business is not unique and the expectation is efficiency, which I did not receive from the office staff. It is a maybe that I would recommend.

The movers were friendly and professional. They handled everything with care. And I was completely satisfied.

Having Two Men and a Truck help our family pack up fragile and bulk items in boxes was a huge help. We didn't need help moving but we needed help packing and organizing all of the items from our father's home, while our siblings were taking the boxes to their individual homes. They were courteous and so helpful in so many ways. They provided ample boxes, bubble wrap, and paper to securely wrap all of the items. They were incredibly helpful, very nice, and efficient.
I received a voicemail and a follow-up phone call from Jessica to make sure the team was respectful of our belongings and to us. They were beyond! It was nice to receive that call. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any packing job.

Staff on the phone from the first phone call was immediately helpful and kind in getting me the service I needed. On the day of the move both men had excellent attitudes and we're enjoyable to work with. They worked hard, we're fast, and we're willing to be very helpful in facilitating my move. I would highly recommend 2 men and a truck to others.
