The men were nice and professional. They took extra care with my things working quickly to save me money. This is our second time using them and we will call them first the next time we need their help!

The movers were very nice and helpful. I was pretty disappointed though when we went to the old house, and found we had two more huge truck loads that were left there. The movers ran out of room on the truck. We weren’t told that much had been left, and things that were told would be moved weren’t.

The moving team was awesome! They had to carry my furniture up multiple flights of difficult stairs and were incredibly careful with my belongings. I will definitely be calling again the next time I move!

We were quoted 3 man for 7 hours at $1488. Only 2 men arrived and it was 9 hours with an outrageous fuel surcharge, that was never discussed, if 1.25% of the total cost. Final bill was just under $2000 and all I received from the office was lip service.
Although the men were polite and professional, they were slow and seemed to have difficulty with how to load the truck. Very disappointed.

Great all-around experience. The moving team was very friendly and professional. The office team was easy to work with and the communication was top-notch.

I think the decision about how to handle damaged items should be made ahead of time, it was poorly explained on the day of the move and there were a lot of options, it was confusing. There should be a higher level of accountability to damaged items. Also, label your equipment so you don't end up accidently taking items from your clients, like my broom that I'm still waiting to be returned.

The entire move went without a hitch, except one. I requested wardrobe boxes for my closet clothes. I got the boxes but apparently none of them came with hanger rods. So, all of my closet were stuffed into the boxes with heavier item laid on top of them. Resulting with all of my tops (sweaters, blouses, some pants, tee shirts totally wrinkled. Requiring the entire ward robe needing ironing.

My moving team (Roger and Daniel) were the best. They moved everything very quickly and were super sweet. I would recommend them to my friends.

The 2 guys that helped me moved were very efficient. Showed up right on time and were very quick with the move and extremely affordable! Will use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.
