On time arrival for pickup and drop off. Nothing broken / damaged on delivery. Nice professional team. Creatively solved packing / stacking issues as they came up and completed the move as agreed.

We are so pleased with 2 men and a truck. There was no way my husband and I could have made our move without them. They were very caring for our possessions and us. We will recommend them to all our family and friends. Thank you so much!!!

Office staff was very clear and the guys unloading our things were very good. Positive, worked hard and made it happen.

Worst experience with a moving company EVER. First I made a reservation with a woman named Kasey on I believe September 24 for an October 1 move (which, btw, was but 1.4 miles ~ I was moving from one place to another 5 blocks away). I informed Kasey I need the movers at 8am ~ as I had to get into work that day (a Monday) to get several things accomplished (I'm a paralegal at a law firm). When Monday, October 1 came about, 8:00am to be exact ~ I received no phone call and the movers did not show. I called again at 8:37 a.m. to ask what was going on ~ and actually spoke with Kasey (the woman who actually made my reservation) ~ whereby Kasey then proceeded to give me lousy customer service by telling me she'd contact the movers to find out where they are...but didn't call me back.

This was quite possibly the worst of our 7 moves in 8 years. The movers that showed up were very polite, clean and courteous but they didn't bother to properly wrap any of our furniture or pack the truck in a way there would be no damage resulting in almost every piece of furniture we own getting either damaged or destroyed. We didn't notice this until the truck was unpacked at our new location. Once we noticed the issues the moving team slowed to a crawl. We had one item come into the house in a 15 minute period. We had to get the supervisor out who helped speed things along. We have yet to hear back on compensation for our damaged items. Would never recommend.

My first experience a year ago was great. Although the movers were very nice and professional this time and the overall experience was good, they were a little heavyhanded with my furniture; chipped and broke a few small things. Nothing major but still significant. Also scrapes and indentions in the walls or doors. Not sure if I can with a clear conscience recommend Two Men and a Truck or will use in the future.

Excellent team worked hard, were very responsive and did an excellent job!

They broke a glass table and did not tell me even when we saw glass on the ground. They also chipped a large beveled mirror and still have heard nothing back. It took longer than I thought and I had no boxes
