Eugene and Sheldon were on time and immediately started loading the truck and taking care of all the disassembly of the furniture and shrink wrapping the upholstered items. They were professional and cheerful and so very helpful. I was immediately pleased that they were there to help and quickly do the moving.

These guys are pros. They’re super fast, efficient and have a great attitude. The office staff is on point and every mover I’ve worked with so far seems happy to be there and motivated to do a great job. Highly recommended.

I had asked the office specifically about assembling the bed we were picking up from storage. I was told they would assemble it. When drivers began loading, they told me they wouldn't assemble a bed they didn't disassemble. I made other arrangements for assembly. The office called me while on route and said they could assemble if I signed a waiver. All of that would have been beneficial to know BEFORE I hired them or before I made alternate assembly plans. It started the entire process with the drivers on the wrong foot.

I received a 24-hour confirmation, was charged, and then the movers never showed up. We called every number we could find and no one answered (moved on a Sunday). Left voicemails but no one called us back even on Monday. I had to call the office myself on Monday to have our charges reversed. The general manager was supposed to call me to follow up but never heard a word. Completely unacceptable service all around. Turned our moving day into a complete disaster and no one even wants to apologize or make it right!!
