The two men who moved me should be employees of the month, or better yet employees of the year

Our overall experience was excellent. We experienced a three-hour delay due to a crew going to the wrong job first, which was a little awkward because I was waiting w an elderly couple at their house and they were anxious about the delay (and about the move, to be honest). However, the office staff, Jimmie in particular, were ON IT, checking w me and updating me on what was happening. She also took the travel time off our bill, so we got an excellent deal. And the two guys who showed did a great job. Mess-ups can happen. We all know that. The way the office staff dealt w this situation made it really okay. I would recommend you any time, to anyone.

I only did a small move this time, but expect to do a big local move soon, and will definately be hiring Two Men and a Truck for packing and moving when I do!

Alphonso, Julio, Billy and Chris were fantastic! They arrived on time, were polite, and had a great attitude—just a joy to work with. After 30+ years in the Air Force and dozens of moves, we have NEVER had a better moving crew from start to finish! They never took a break in 6 hours—in temperatures over 100F—if all your crews work as hard as this crew, just wow! I am already telling friends and family what a great company you have. We will certainly use you again if we have more local moves! Thanks for providing us with a careful, cost-efficient (and below estimate!!) local move, we greatly appreciate it!

There were problems with the breakdown of the truck very close to the drop off point. I delivered cold drinks to the movers twice during the wait for a tow truck. The movers were very professional in their demeanor despite the heat and long wait. Once the load was unpacked there were two items that stayed on the truck. The office reassured me that the items would be found ASAP or compensation would be provided. I trust this will happen in a timely manner although the truck has yet to be returned to Tucson for it to be searched. Overall
It was a good move although it was about 4 hours too long.
