The moving team was excellent- I would use them again individually. The office quoted me a price and then charged double. When I called they simply did not care that I was unhappy and tried to make excuses and act like I did not understand the quote. Very bad business practice. The men who were in my home we're EXCELLENT- but unfortunately I will not use the company again or recommend them.

The office staff was not as good as the moving guys. The level of listening was lower thus the estimate was over stated. However, the moving guys were prompt, worked hard and followed all of our requests. That was the most important part for us so we will use you in the future.

The movers did not have approate boxes and packing material despite sdviseing officeof items to pack a couple of times

The team was very professional and knew I had concerns about moving my Peloton Bike. Their Supervision came to my house to supervise the loading of the bike onto the truck. After they left, I noticed I was missing a small wheel to my antique bed. Something that is not replaceable. I called dispatch and they contacted the team who found the wheel in the back of their truck. It was delivered to me the following day. There was no damage to any of my furniture. Very happy with their excellent service!

I thought they prolonged the job and moved slowly, the guy who took the bed apart and put it back together was really slow. It took 5 1/2 hrs for a small 2 bdr condo move that went 4 blocks! Kept complaining about heavy pieces and I shouldn't help.

My overall experience was amazing, and I wonder why I haven't used Two Men and Truck for previous moves. The office was helpful, and the two guys were great. They were on time, cheerful, and super fast. They offered to help me put some of my furniture back together with power tools too. I'm sure to use Two Men and a Truck again if I have another local move!
