I'm a member of Junior League of Phoenix, and I know that Two Men are big supporters of our organization. This is what initially drew me to considering you for our move. I completely a request for a quote online, and response was very quick. I then called to schedule and this was also done with ease. You even dropped off boxes and supplies to my home. The move went smoothly. All in all, we are very happy with the service provided!

This is the third time using two men. Everything was going good until there was damage to an outdoor swing. The onsite team filled out an accident report and said the office will take care of it. When we reach out to the office they said it was to old for them to do anything about it. We talked with the president and he said that he would not make it right. I am very disappointed with the customer service from the top. He made a very off comment that who ever sat on it next it would have failed. I disagreed as we used the swing all the time. I would have thought that they would take care of good customers better than that. I will not use or recommend Two Men in the future.

The guys were extremely helpful and courteous. They had me explain everything to them and made sure to ask questions when they needed. It didn't take them very long at all to do the move and I am very pleased with how everything went. I would absolutely use your service again.

I was not pleased with the fact that I was not given a call 30 min. before the movers arrived at the apt. I was told I would receive a call by the office staff 30 min. before their arrival. It took me thirty minutes to drive there and I was still charged from the time the movers arrived not when I got there to direct them what to do. I was told that they got busy and did not call me.
