Rating for moving personnel should be rated better than excellent, but that's the highest rating offered on the survey - they handled our complicated move professionally, with ease and speed. Made a stressful situation very easy for us. Would absolutely use them again - no question.

The gentleman were nice but were very rough with my stuff.
A desk broke, after I told them the desk was not sturdy. 2-3 boxes that said nothing on top fragile they stuck multiple items on top off them. Those items could be potentially damaged.
Gave them my jewelry box. Stated it was a jewelry box and they turned it on it’s side so all of my jewelry is tangled or mixed up.
The gentlemen forgot
To take photos (thank God I did), he asked me to text them to him to send them. Which I did, then the next day the store called and stated he did not send the pics I sent him.
I’ve use two men before, never had this bad of a experience. But I will not be using this particular location in the future.

This was our 18th move, most of them during my Navy career. Majority of those movers were big, named brands contracted by the Navy. Our move with Two Men and a Truck far exceeded our experience with any of the previous companies. Our team of Carlos and Jamison were exemplary in decorum, professionalism and appearance. They knew what they were doing and accomplished the on-load, transit, and off-load without a hitch. Every article shipped arrived in the exact same condition as when it left. The office staff was a delight to work with and kept us appraised of everything going on. Last but not least was the billing methodology that was a great example of transparency in real time. Don and Rose
Matthew and Chandler were the best movers we have ever had. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and took great care with our furniture. Matthew even noticed legs on my upright jewelry chest loose and he tightened the legs for me. Wonderful! They worked quickly but knew what they were doing and didn’t waste time. We were very impressed!! Kudos to both of them. It was great to see they shrink wrapped items to prevent damage. We have not always had such care of our furniture with other movers. So appreciative of these two movers we had and our whole experience from the time we spoke with office staff (also extremely helpful!) was just terrific. So glad we chose this wonderful company. Thank you Matthew and Chandler.

Was duped on the price. Packing was never discussed which resulted in us paying a lot more that the two other movers we got bids from.

Your guys did a good job and worked hard and efficiently. Although they did break 2 pots everything else was fine. The only real disappointment was with management moving the guys off before the guys were done. We hired your firm to do a job unfortunately I am left with finishing up.
