Very nice staff, but they didn't have the necessary tools on hand. And frankly, I thought it took longer than expected. Also, nothing they packed was marked, so unpacking will be a NIGHTMARE. Nice personal, but apparently be lacking in training.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. However, a few things set me back a little. One of our movers(I believe his name was Brennan) was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly, funny, and efficient. Freddy was our other mover. He was nice as well but seemed to be working much slower than our other mover. Considering we are getting charged an hourly rate as a customer, I would appreciate the movers doing what they can to be quick and safe. I felt as though he was lagging behind a little. At the very end, he asked us “would you like to tip card or cash?” Which was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. I work in a service industry as well and would NEVER ask my clients to tip. We were planning to, but the fact that Freddy asked us to tip was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We were repeat customers and I was disappointed with the late arrival. The movers were two hours late. In the summer months starting early is critical. Starting before 8am would have been nice - but then to not show up until 10am after being told they would be there at 8am, was incredibly disappointing. It is questionable if we use your company again. The guys themselves were great.

Team went right to work and did not stop until we were moved. Explained everything upfront and kept us informed throughout the day- good communication.

The office changed pickup time and delivery time and had to send three excellent workers to get the move completed.

Good day. My move experience was nothing short of excellent. Izeke and Marcus showed up at the appointed hour. I walked them through the house providing details of what was being moved and what was staying in place. They got everything right on the first explanation. Additionally, they came prepared to assist with my clothes, a bit of packing and a couple of wardrobe boxes. Finally, I asked the estimate team to have the movers be prepared to reassemble a couple of tables. They unpacked me at the new residence and proceeded to accomplish the putting together of the furniture as I had requested. They were professional, pleasant and accommodating. Overall it was an excellent experience. These are superior employees.

Always a great experience, office staff is awesome and accommodating, movers are courteous and respectful with the clients and property. Have used four times. Hopefully won't have to move again for quite a while but I always recommend.

The guys were on-time, stayed on-task, and were friendly. We knocked it out in a quick manner and they helped us accomplish what we needed.
