The only thing I would say to change is to be on time. We know things happen but I think the start time was off by 45 minutes or more.

I used Two Men and a Truck a few years ago and was really happy with their service and willingness to do work other than a typical move. I was really glad to have Stephanie supporting us from the office. She is amazing yo work with.

The office on the other hand was not a good experience. The girl told me that all the trucks had lift gates. Not true. I told her I would need a lift gate. The truck didn’t have one. It was a Friday so the next available time was Monday. My shop was turned upside down and I wasn’t able to work losing 3 days. The girl then lied to me and said she never

While we are happy to hear the movers did a great job, we do apologize about the office experience. It is never our intention to give incorrect information and cause more stress. We will be addressing your concerns with your primary estimator.

I had a great experience with the office staff member who set up the move over the phone and with the movers who came to load. Everyone was very friendly, informative, helpful, and accommodating. If the unload goes as well, I will be very happy and very impressed by the whole experience.
