Everyone was great as usual. I've been a customer of you guys for many years. They only concern I had was that sales didn't communicate with the moving team. The movers almost didn't move our 750Lb. safe as they said we only do up to 400Lb. The office staff assured me that it wouldn't be a problem even after asking me the weight. It was moved but that policy needs ironed out.

Love these guys!!!! They communicated perfectly, called to see if they could come earlier!!! They worked well with the timing and coordination of this event. They worked so hard, very efficient. Everything arrived intact…nothing damaged or broken. Very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. High five to Mario, Orlando, and Jay!!!

Setting up the move was so simple and straight forward. The office stafd made is so easy for us! The moving team arrived early and did a wonderful job with each part of the move. They were kind and courteous and easy to work with. They worked hard nonstop and we were so happy with them - we will ask for them by name for our next move!

I am very happy with the guys who came to pack us up, the only negative I would say is it was VERY expensive just to pack us. It could $890 for them to pack us in 2 hours, we didn’t have much to be packed, just doesn’t seem like a reasonable price for only 2 hrs of work and supplies, other than that, Kyle and Kevin were very professional and nice!

Team was very good and timely and efficient. Only one issue - the lamp cover was broken - but the office provided me clear instructions on what to do if I'm charged.
