The movers were pleasant and helpful throughout the move. Even when the layout of the building made the large furniture difficult to move upstairs, it did not change their attitude.

Overall my move went smoothly. However, we somehow allowed our movers to talk us into taking the “small things” in our cars to help save on time which would ultimately save us on money. Sounded like a great idea, but the “small stuff” added up quickly, and I’m still trying to move it all 4 days later. I wish I had had more common sense to say, “No it’s okay, please get everything that you absolutely can.” It would have been well worth the price. I was also disappointed they parked so far away (despite my repeated suggestion for closer parking) which added a lot of unnecessary time loading the truck. Would love to give their names, but I don’t think they ever told me. I’m not sure I would hire this company again in the future to be honest.

Overall, I was disappointed because my boxes were left downstairs instead of them being brought up to the designated rooms despite their labels on them. Also many boxes and items did not fit on the truck and were left at the first location and I was told to “move them myself”. When I asked if the movers could return to retrieve them they questioned me and it never happened. I have had to return to the first location about 6 times because my car is not very big. The two houses are only 10 minutes away from each other but the movers could have been more helpful.

Both movers we're very good and concientious, but the one in charge was especially helpful and knowledgeable in stacking and fitting everything into our storage unit. I was impressed and regret I have forgotten his name.

The two young men were very courteous and very quick about what they were doing took care of my goods and very knowledgeable how to pack the stuff in the back of the truck I would use you again if I end up moving

I can't say enough about both days/crews. These guys are simply amazing. Polite, kind and respectful. They made our move a pleasure. They worked so hard. Never wasting time. They truly worked well as a team. Two Men and a Truck...my moving company for life. What an incredibly hard job in Arizona with the heat....these guys soldiered on. I want explain my good on the uniform. The the crew was clean and dressed well. However, they would be better served in a cotton shirt and sleeveless in this heat. Thanks for everything.

We were not as happy with our service this time as in the past. Kendall was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Andre, however, started off on the wrong foot as far as we were concerned. He was friendly, a bit too familiar, and he began talking about tips early in our interaction--very un-professional, in my opinion. He talked too much compared to Kendall and our other previous movers. He was talking on his telephone about what sounded like personal matters quite a bit. We did not think that Andre did his share of the move. Kudos to Kendall. Andre? not so much.

My experience this time was unacceptable. The movers were an hour late and gave me no courtesy call, I thought they forgot about me. One of the movers had a bad attitude because it was his last move of the day while the other one was trying to get everything done. They didn't have the right tools and they were really slow this time around. They didn't wrap any of my stuff like last time. It was just a very stressful experience.
