They forgot my TV and a mattress. But besides that, they were very professional, kind, and worked quickly and carefully. They kindly offered to go back and get my TV and mattress, I just didn’t have the time in my budget, so I will figure that out later.

I was very satisfied with the moving service! The moving team was fast, efficient, and friendly. They packaged all of my furniture well and took instructions on where to put it at the new location. I also appreciated that the quality control manager stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely use this company again and if possible the same team for my next move.

Even though I was moving out of a 1-bedroom apartment, I had a lot of stuff. I mean a LOT. Our movers were great! It was a hot summer day, yet they worked hard all day long. My only feedback is that some boxes labeled "fragile" were placed at the bottom of many stacks & some boxes labeled for one room would be put in another (i.e. kitchen ended up in my bathroom). Overall, they were great!

Our delivery team was great! The elevator was broken, and they worked hard to move two sofas up four flights of stairs without complaint. They were sweet young, professional men.
