Move team was terrific! Elevator was out of commission when they arrived. They did not complain about the 3 flights of stairs. Despite the conditions (stair and hot as heck, they got the job done in less time than the low end of the estimated time to complete!

We have moved 5 times with 2 men and a Trick. We have never had a bad experience- this one was the same. 4 hardworking guys in 100 degree heat just kept at it for 8 hours. Once again- very high ratings for this company.

The customer service we received prior to the men arriving was great. I was little hesitant to begin because we have never used this type of service before. Now, we will never move without them. The young men worked hard and never took advantage of being on the clock. All of our furniture was wrapped and nothing went missing or was broken.

Our two guys we very polite, professional, helpful, and skillful. I don't know what you are paying them but they deserve more, especially working on these hot summer days!
