I booked 8:30-9:30 Friday, office chngd to 9:30-10:30 because schools closed. Then Thursday, I returned voicemail & explained to "man" that I couldn't do 1:00-3:30, it had to be Friday a.m. He said he'd let me know Friday a.m. On Friday at 10:00 I called office, because no one called. Was told truck broke down wait til 1 to 3. At 3:30 I called, no excuses. Truck at 5:30 (overbooked @ office)
