I LOVE this company!! I have always had GREAT service! The men have ALWAYS been GREAT at what they do!!! I wish I had that much energy and muscles!!! They are VERY DEPENDABLE!!!! I thought the movers were like armatures...they had an appliance dolly they refused to use...they carried the unit to the door and insisted on placing it on an the wooden dolly to roll it 10 feet and down the stairs, instead of just carrying it 10 feet.. don't you use moving straps?? They had no rain jackets and they were soaked. First you have to get professional movers, not some kids...it should have taken an hour and maybe 20 move to 2 hours...When I made the reservations I was trying to estimate distance to our location, so I choose the Cahaba heights location just 8 minutes away from me, I mentioned that to the girl setting up the reservation; she neglected to mention that the truck was coming from Pelham 20 minutes away... and a rate of $150 dollars an hours, slow movers!!
