What to expect when using Two Men And A Truck
We offer traditional home moving services, long-distance moving, packing and unpacking services, load and unload services, storage, junk removal, and much more.
With every TWO MEN AND A TRUCK move, you’ll receive professionally trained, background-checked, and drug-screened movers who will work with you to ensure you’re comfortable and informed with the move at hand. All moving team members are permanent employees; we do not use day labor.
On top of this, we come equipped with top-of-the-line moving equipment and trucks to help keep your belongings protected and to eliminate any damages during the move. These are just a few of the many steps we take to make the moving process a little more enjoyable!
Pre-move confirmation letter
Prior to moving day, your local TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise will send you a pre-move letter to let you know what to expect during the move and how to prepare for the arrival of your moving team. This will cover everything from preparing your appliances and furniture to making sure all of your items are packed and ready to go.
Anything else they feel you need to know will also be included so you don’t have any lingering questions before the movers knock on your door.
As mentioned above, we make it a point to provide the best movers and equipment to keep your belongings protected during the move. All items will be padded and stretch wrapped before being transported to the moving truck. Similarly, the moving team will work with you to determine what precious items should be handled by you and not placed into the moving truck to ensure maximum safety.
Even after your moving team unloads the last of your belongings and pulls out of the driveway, our customer service isn’t done. Members of your local TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise will follow up to ensure everything went smoothly with your move and discuss any final questions you might have. They’ll also encourage you to fill out a Move Experience Survey, which is very important to us because it allows us to continue learning and improving our services for future customers.
