During the reservation dialog they should let you know exactly what basic coverage entails(nothing). Give the client an example, for instance if you have $4,000 fridge and we damage it, basic coverage will only get you $215 dollars. Also if I tell you I'm moving from a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house to a 3 story townhouse with stairs don't send the two smallest guys on your team.

They did a great job in all aspects of our move. From move out, to six months of storage, to move in, everything went very smoothly. The two men that moved our furniture in did a great job. The movers I had were nice and polite enough, but they were the slowest movers I have ever had by far (and of course I paid by the hour). They also lost a piece to a hanging chair which made it impossible to actually hang the chair. They movers were ok, and other than losing an item did not cause any damage, but I would not recommend them to anyone.

I got a phone call from the driver if I was ready. The crew was right on time. The three guys were friendly and professional. They were quick and wasted no time on moving the item to the truck. They were careful with the item. Two guys carried the item in the house. They were careful not to touch the walls. Nothing was damaged or scratched. The crew was some nice fellows.
