My movers were polite and professional. As I was dealing with a family emergency, I was impressed with the efficiency they showed in disassembling, loading and unloading my furniture.
My only suggestion woukd be that when the intake person takes your phone number, they should repeat it back to you after entering it in the database.
My move was delayed, but I was provided a discount for this.

Anjelica was incredibly helpful over the phone and email when confirming the move. The movers, Kyle and DJ, were amazing! Both were super nice, funny, and great to talk to. I appreciate them asking us questions about the furniture before they moved things so they could get a feel for how they needed to efficiently move everything.
