The movers were super nice, professional, and explained everything. They handled my stuff with care. My only issue was communication dispatcher didn’t mention I needed tools for disassembly, which added time and cost. Clearer upfront info would make it better, but the team was great!

Worst moving experience I could ask for. I didn't have many items. Took 12 hours to get to me because someone put the wrong type of gas in the 1st truck that was loaded. A 3 hr drive later, they arrived at 9pm. I helped offload some smaller/tedious things since it was so late and they needed to get back on the road. Some bigger items arrived damaged. Office promised me a check that never came.
