There was one worker that seem to know what to do. Some of my antique items were broken and I was not told until I inquired about why the items were missing. I did not get a call for an update of replacing or fixing my items. I had to call to see what was going on.

The moving service was outstanding! They took care with our items and were always very respectful and professional. We used this company for a move about 2 years ago and were so pleased we used them agin a few days ago. Once the truck arrived at the new apartment they moved swiftly and carefully. They made the experience less stressful with their professionalism and light humor when needed!

Jojo, Hudson, and Team were effective movers. However I recommended taking the door to our old and new house off the hinges to move in the safe and refrigerator, and the moving team did not listen. This resulted in many dents and scratches on our newly painted walls and wood floors. Our refrigerator is also damaged and we are having to replace the panels.

Our whole moving experience was perfect. Robin was excellent at communication and very helpful when booking and with follow-up. Ethan and Shans, our movers, were prompt, friendly and efficient. And on top of all this, the price was good. We will be using Two Men and a Truck again soon.
