I feel taken advantage of. It took considerable longer for the movers to get to the location despite leaving at the same time. Which they apologized for, but I was getting charged hourly. Once on site I did most the moving myself. They spent 2 hours on a single couch and my bill went from $800 to $1300. I had to come up with the solution for the couch. I did most the work and still got charged mor

The office apparently did not have the quote right and the movers were surprised by what they had to move.
One mover was awesome and very quick and knew what he was doing. The other was very slow and seemed to hold up the other guy. I had the same amount of stuff to move, the first group, last year, had to move up the stairs and it took 1 hour. This group it took 4 hours and they were going down.
