An email the day or two before to confirm would be a nice way to communicate with the customer. Once a booking has been made, there's no communication until the day of, so customers get a little anxious. With automation in email and CRM's these days, seems like it would be an easy thing to do.

We do email a pre move confirmation letter out prior to move date to confirm details of the move. We will do a better job in communicating this to our customers and confirming with customers. Absolutely incredible service. The movers were in and out incredibly quickly, no damages, and the movers moved even more than I had anticipated. I had not finished packing everything and was extremely stressed and exhausted but the gentlemen were very kind and knowledgeable, we had a few wonderful chats that helped put my nerves at ease and I was in my new apartment before I knew it. The "in house" move went well. Terrence and Will were the movers on this date. We had several larger items moving in between several rooms and in-house moves. They did a good job and were constantly working towards completing the tasks at hand. Very efficient. We have newly refinished REAL wood flooring and their approach and care for the floor worked - no impacts to the new finish. Thanks again!
