The entire experience was exceptional. From going over the details and setting up the appointment, to the loading and unloading of our items to our new home. We had a 5 person team for our move and they were some of the most professional and polite people I have met. From the minute they started working until they finished, they were focused and handled our items with great care. Highly recommend.

The two movers did an excellent job moving down my horrible three flights of stairs then into my new single story house. They even moved things around in the new house expertly. They were very courteous and informed of everything they were doing.

Guys were pleasant, office staff was very good. Got charged for travel time, when the GPS took them to the wrong location. That is not right. Every other service provider has found our new home community without issue or failure. At $190/hour, that was an expensive mistake on my dime. It would have been nice if the office staff recognized the mistake, but what the heck, it’s only money.

David, I'm glad we were able to communicate and get this resolved. As discussed, the office staff was not aware of the issue. When we reached out to do a post follow up call and email the next day to see how the move went, we were not able to reach you. Once I saw that there was an issue, I immediately reviewed the situation and processed a refund for the accidental overcharge. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know. Other than that, I'm glad everything else on your move went well.
