I had a hassle free experience moving apartments, from scheduling down to the actual move. Rachel was so professional and helpful. I had a million questions and she answered them all. Chris and Alyan ( I know I botched the spelling of that) were very wonderful. They were friendly and very fast. I was their third move of the day and I had many stairs to the new place. Very satisfied!

The quote we were given initially was high but we booked it anyways because we had a short window before move date. Haulers took really long to load up a one bed apt w/ minimal furniture. Arrived at new apartment and spent alot of time standing around talking wandering back and forth then tried to tell me it would be 50% more so I ended up helping them. No discount. Caught in several lies.

I never was able to connect the moving team without leaving a return number for “someone” to call me back. The return call was not very timely.

Josh, Chris and KJ were on time, courteous with us and our property and diligent at their tasks. The torrential rains that occurred on moving day did not slow them down. In fact, they elevated their attention to details to mitigate any water damage on our furniture. The level of care and efficiency of loading/unloading sets the bar of excellence. Thank you!

Training is not the issue. For me it was communicating the amount of items and people needed. I think customers should have to send pictures of everything so a better estimate is given. Or a reminder to review the inventory stated. And knowing the parameters of each location would be helpful. Condos and co-ops make it difficult. Other than great service.

Our moving team was fantastic. They were efficient and took great care when moving our furniture into our newly built home. Our mover even took a call from my husband to answer questions about the move and we feel that went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend for the future.
