The office team was friendly and helpful and patient with me. The team that moved me did an amazing job. They worked quickly and carefully. They were courteous and talked through questions and issues and options with me. They even did some problem solving for me. Everything arrived in good condition. Seth & team arrived promptly and communicated arrival in advance. They were an efficient team and understood my goals with a two part move - drop off and haulaway. Seth was familiar with the required documentation and explained it succinctly and fully. Even when a small amplifier was left on the truck inadvertently, the crew made sure to get it to the office and Josh hand delivered it to my office

Packers did not fully pack home as instructed. Movers did not move all items as instructed. Furniture, shelving, art, baskets, clothes, hangers, decor, and misc items were left behind. Dresser drawers were not emptied during pack. Dressers were moved full, and contents were lost in the process, including jewelry. Damaged furniture was removed from home for repair when explicitly asked not to.

Our move went very smoothly with Two Men and a Truck. We had no issues whatsoever. The booking was simple, and the woman I talked to on the phone to arrange everything was very helpful. Both movers, Chris and Anthony, acted professionally and efficiently. We were very happy with the service!
