Brendon & Andrew were great and very thorough! Chris and Houston were very kind and thoughtful, in addition to being really efficient and very fast. They seemed to understand the stress associated with a large move to a new state. I heard the same praise from my friend on the other end when they delivered everything before my arrival! In my opinion, the hourly rate for travel from place to place should definitely be less than the hourly rate for the men to be physically moving items. Especially when they are charging from the moment they leave the office/truck location till the moment they return. $199.00 per hour for driving place to place is excessive. We paid 5.5 hours of driving. That's excessive.

Unfortunately, they did wrap my furniture and it got damaged extensively, my very expensive RH wood table ad shelf. The movers dropped my table in front of me. The office staff did not follow up with me and when I followed up with them, I was told I would get a call instead. I got an email saying that my deductible was too high and nothing would be covered no conversation no apology.

This company is the best! The movers themselves are always friendly, nice, efficient, and respect you and your things. I had to change dates a couple of times and the operators were friendly and helpful. I've used this company twice and will definitely call them for any future moves.
