Poor review given the fact that the service I received was materially different from what was quoted and promised. Your team provided only two movers for the first several hours, which severely delayed the move and likely caused the extended duration. Not to mention the EXTENSIVE damage to many items, including a very high end dresser that was so damaged that it’s damn near unusable.

The guys were very personable and polite. However, they had no tools for taking furniture apart even though I advised the office that they might have to disassemble some furniture.
