First time ever using movers and absolutely a great experience. They called me when they were 10mins out. Got everything big wrapped and protected so quickly. Got to new house before me and my wife directed them to each room for boxes. Great team, good energy, and shows they love working for two men and a truck. John and Nate were extremely helpful throughout the whole process! They arrived on-time at my residence, carefully and efficiently wrapping my items including my queen bed, nightstands, office desk, and chair. The guys were the worst movers I’ve used. They were inefficient, didn’t seem to know what they were doing & under prepared. They had no tools and I was the one that figured out how to dismantle a bed, although this should be their wheelhouse. Then when putting back together I found a crack in a leg of a heirloom bed that was not there before they moved it. They showed zero concern.
