The two men were great, though I was uncomfortable with the billing. They did not seem to know how to bill with the computer thingy and the amount paid did not match the handheld computer. I was not dissatisfied however, so just paid it.

Michael and Daniel were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Both men answered all of my questions. Both men did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the overall outcome and I’m looking forward to working with two men and a truck when I make my move to Florida next week. For the record, I used two men in a truck in 2015 and that was also an exceptional moving experience.

The guys did not wrap the 2 year old RH $3500 sofa correctly and damage a corner and ripped fabric. The guys took 4.5 hours to drive from Rockledge, Fl to Leesburg, Fl. It took me 1.5 hours to drive, then they charged me for all that time. They stated they had to stop at a location in Orlando to pickup matress pads for their boss and got stuck on I-4 Traffic, I should not be charged for this.
