I don’t have anything good to say about our move. Not good at all!
1. They came two hours late
2. Estimate was way off
3. Made me sign a waiver bc they couldn’t take about furniture or they wouldn’t move it
4. Broke the glass in the item they made me sign a waiver ( which was removed and should have been wrapped)
5. Didn’t bring wardrobe boxes
6. Left 90% of our clothes at original location

I was able to schedule the service on what I perceived as a short notice. The office team was helpful explaining what to expect. The office team communicated during the move. Most important were the moving team. They were hard working, communicating, and did take care of all items loaded, transported, and unloaded.
