The sales team needs to explain in more detail how much excess weight impacts the estimate provided. Also, tell customers the types of items they should plan on moving themselves so they have access to them right away (paper goods, scissors, modem, router, TV cables, etc.). The movers were polite and hard working.

Working with the movers was like enjoying a comedy show. They made the stress of a quick pack and a move easy to handle, light hearted and fun. I hope we get the same crew on the next move.

There were three movers. I expected that it would take three hours; they did it in half the time. I was really impressed with their efficiency and how hard they worked to make the move. They also were careful with our stuff; we would have scraped the wall and damaged furniture in the move. It was well worth the price to get the work done!

Very good communication with the office and the moving team. The people that came to my house worked well and communicated with me pretty constantly. They moved my house to the new location within the times of 930-5:30. They were hard workers.
