I was thoroughly disappointed in the recent moving team. They did well at the time they arrived, but things took a turn for the worse once they got to my new address. They didn't listen to directions, placed items where they weren't supposed to, and didn't communicate very well, at which items were placed in rooms without first laying out the carpet. Had a great experience when moved from Salem.

Both young men were on time very pleasant and super hard-working. They treated my furniture with tenderness and made the experience enjoyable. They exceeded my expectations.

My experience with this company could not have been smoother. The crew called in advance, letting me know exactly when they were expected to arrive. They were friendly, efficient, good problem-solvers and also enjoyable to be around! Jaelyn led the team with Kai, Will and Ariel, and all four of these gentlemen were extremely competent, kind, careful and strong. You are lucky to have them!
