The office team made the set up very efficient and transparent. John and Andy were THEE BEST! As soon as they got to my place they started right away with wrapping all my heavy items and secured them how I would do it. They were super efficient, nice and professional and I was out of my old place in just over an hour! (Mind you, I lived on the third floor with no elevator)They were equally as efficient unpacking all my stuff in my new spot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I think some items could be moved easier using shoulder straps like refrigerator movers use. I had 1 large cabinet and they moved it just fine with no damage but I think it could have been easier.
