Inventory sheet never done. Several items broken. Labeled boxes placed in incorrect rooms/areas. Poor packing/blanketing of items in trucks. Several movers packing and unpacking very unprofessional in their dress , attitudes and work experience. Upon returning back to house to clean we found 2-3 trailer loads of items found in the garage and in house not packed to bring. We will move ourselves.

From the start Madison was easy to work with, clear on costs, expectations and just a pleasure throughout the process. She kept us updated daily and day of, checked in a few times as well.
