I didn't want to let them move my TV because the last time I moved it got broken. But Stephen was extremely confident that he could transport it safely and convinced me as much. My bed frame and the glass lid of my steamer got broken, and lost the adjusting item for the monitor arm. The customer service called me on that day, I told her what happened, and that's it. No follow up since then. I will never use this services again.
