Absolutely made our move easier than any move in the past. On time, professional and easy to work with. Once packed, they proceeded to our destination 660 miles away. Two men and a Truck arrived at our final destination on time, unpacked the truck and placed furniture in designated rooms and assembled large pieces of furniture. We have many boxes to unpack... your company is great!

Our moving team was great! However, our expectations were set that the move would be between 230 and 4:30 PM. Moving team didn’t show up until 7 PM. This was due to problems with the first move. I would not use two men in a truck again, unless I was the first move on the schedule. I was moving my 93 year-old mother and she had to sit and wait for the movers for an additional 2 1/2 hours.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was being charged for the blankets. I wanted to keep the furniture wrapped because we are moving everything again in 2 months and using your service. Since you are getting all the blankets back I'm not sure why there needed to be a y charge. Besides that everything was great.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Once returned you will receive money back for those pads. These are the pads we use daily in our trucks and that is why we charge for them.
