Our moving team was full of steam and ready to go the morning that they arrived to pack up our house. However when they realized that we had more items to pack than they had anticipated they seemed to become discouraged as the day progressed. Lots of items were left for my husband and I to take care of after they’d packed and loaded the moving truck.

Excellent moving experience from PA to NJ! The team was fast, efficient, professional, and extremely friendly. They wrapped and protected our belongings carefully, moved items into both our new home and storage, and worked hard even in the rain. Everything was handled with care and arrived safely. Your service is above and beyond every time we have you move furniture for us. Specifically, the most recent moving team, Damarcus and Dominiaue did a fantastic job. All went terrifically !!!! All of the men were great and helpful!!! Would recommend again!!!

While disconnecting a warsher during to move out of the house a mover broke the faucet off and I had to have a plumber fix it. Then one of the movers lost the screws that attach the handles to my fridge and it took three weeks for them to be replaced and then I had to install them myself. Then the movers also damaged the fridge door two. A mover also damaged the door jam and there is much more !

I do apologize James for the incidences that happened on your move. Its my understanding our Claims Manager Clint has set things up for you including a refund and a vendor to come out sometime this month to resolve a couple of the issues as well.
