The team of young men who showed up on time (at the early end of the time window) were very professional and personable. (They even laughed at my stupid jokes!) They worked fast and efficiently. The couch & lounge chair were very large. They had to use the stairs to get them up to the 2nd floor apartment. That alone made the cost worthwhile!! Keep up the great work!

Perfect job done removing a heavy saw from a basement location, up a narrow stairway with no damage. I recommend Two Men and a Truck for any moving project.
Response
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad our team was able to safely and successfully tackle that challenging move. Navigating tight spaces with heavy items is no easy task, and we’re proud to hear it was done flawlessly. Your recommendation means a lot—thank you for trusting Two Men and a Truck!
Aaron
Used Two Men and a Truck before for a previous move. Everything went smoothly pretty much. Only thing that I could give feedback on is that the movers were not very curtious of the walls and left a few holes in the appartment that I was moving from, but nothing major.
Response
Hi Aaron, we are glad the move went smoothly overall, someone will be reaching out to you today from our claims department to discuss damages.
Caitlin
The moving team was great! My only complaint was how long the move took. I wish I would’ve been told ahead of time that breaking down my bed myself would save time. I also wish I would’ve been able to easily access my estimate/proposal easily. I kept getting a “request a new link” option when I tried to remind myself what I put on my original request.

In the initial phone call, we spent 30 minutes going over each room that had to be moved. You had room numbers, furniture in each room, and where it needed to be moved to. You came with 2 guys for 1 hour and then complained that there was more than discussed. The move in date was entered wrong. No phone call that you stopped by and carpet was still being installed.
Response
We are sorry you feel as that was the experience you received. We definitely realize that there were some details lost in communication. If you would like to discuss our services with you, please give us a call at the office. Thank You. - Jeremy
