Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, however while speaking with the agent I explicitly mentioned that I had things in the attic that needed to come down and I was told that it was not an issue. When the movers arrived they informed me that they would not be able to get things down from the attic. My wife and I then had to get several items down from the attic so they could be moved.

From the very first person I talked to on the phone to the time the last piece of furniture was placed where it need to be , everyone was so incredibly nice.
