Robin
Communication was lacking and I had a damaged item that required follow up on behalf of management. Unfortunately, no one contacted me. I was the one who had to initiate phone calls.
Response
Hello Robin, We sincerely apologize to learn of this and can assure you this is not the norm at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. We would be happy to speak with you further and encourage you to reach us directly at 716-245-4275.

The movers were amazing - they "got it" and were able to understand what I wanted without me having to explain too. such. Once finished, they stuck around to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Very professional.

Judith
We had a very good experience all around with Two Men and a Truck! From the initial online form, follow-up phone conversation, the moving day experience, and phone contacts from the delivery team and the office--all excellent. Moving is not fun but working with the folks at TMAAT really went a long way toward making the process more comfortable. Great team!
Response
We really appreciate the kind words Judith! Have a great day.
