Office staff was helpful - answered all of my questions and even checked in during the move. Everyone - including the moving team - was super communicative. Moving team was upbeat and kind. My sofa is big and was pretty tricky to get in (and out) of my townhouse but they were happy to conquer it. Great experience!

Movers were fantastic, they secured all big items by wrapping them in blankets/plastic wrap/tape. They took such pride in their work and treated my belongings like they were their own. I honestly don't have any constructive criticism. The moving team did an awesome job moving our items quickly and without damaging them. They had a great attitude and responded to challenges with the move (tight spaces, extra items) without any negativity.
