Office staff was friendly and throughly explained my estimate. Moving day was a seamless experience, helpful when doing an out of state move with my daughter on one end of the move and I am at the other. They packed her up quickly and everything arrived at the new location with no issues. We would use them again for future moves.

The moving crew was fantastic; however, when you're scheduling with the office staff you're not given the breakdown of fees. The bottom line is you'll spend a certain minimum regardless of how few hours it takes. Deceptive.
