The experience I had was phenomenal. The crew: Kegan, Luis, Ruffin and Dillon were the best.
The communication within the crew was above and beyond. Each crew member watched out for the others as they maneuvered large heavy furniture. They took extreme care of our furniture padding and wrapping everything. Never did I feel uneasy about what they were doing. Our thanks to all 4 of them.

Your movers made poor choices when moving a refrigerator in to my home. We noticed dents in our fridge. We have called multiple times and emailed to file a claim. Each time we’ve called, we were unable to speak with this department. Sales connected me to Ezekiel’s voice mail and then on another call assured me they sent email to his boss Christian. Still no word from anyone.

Moving services themselves were well done, clean, and vigilant protecting a PIANO Unfortunately, the pricing was entirely ambiguous and deceiving. When I called for pricing, I was given an estimated fee of $650 or so, and that's what I was charged. was never a conversation about be charged the same amount to bring the piano back. -another $650. I negated other deals at 850 to 900 for both moves.

Office staff put together an estimate over the phone which proved to be right on! They were professional, efficient and friendly. Movers were ahead of time, handled the furniture like it was their own at both pickup and destination and were very friendly. Cleaned up all materials. Answered every question perfectly. Definitely a 5 STAR performance all around!
