TERRIBLE!! Kim is great but her boss should be FIRED. He argued with both my girlfriend AND me when calling to complain about the service. so much for customer always right. he wasnt there. he assumes 'his guys' did a good job. they did a TERRIBLE JOB. took at least 30 minutes just to setup ramps and get their blankets and saran wrap even up the stairs . they charge $750 for less than 3 hours. BS
