The three men were on time, courteous, wasted no time, explained the process, professional, worked well as a team, picked up after themselves, took great care when moving items into my new home, and had good positive attitudes.
Response

Carol
Very professional, took stuff from one storage unit to my apartment and the rest of my stuff to a new storage unit. At the first storage unit, separated the things going to new apartment from things going to the new storage unit. Whole day took about six hours. Very pleased, will use you guys again.
Response
We’re really glad to hear you were pleased with the service. It was our pleasure to help with the move and make sure everything got where it needed to go. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we’d be happy to help again anytime!
Raisa
The team showed up later than the window time scheduled. They did not delay in getting to work and stayed focused on the task of packing and loading the truck. They were very friendly and courteous, I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys back. They took the time to explain the process, noting that mine was an out of state move. The office personnel and the team were very thorough and answered all my questions. It was nice to learn that the company could hold my furnishings until my apartment is available in a months time.
Response
Thank you Raisa! We apologize for arriving outside the arrival window.
