The two men were curtious, friendly, and capable. Worked hard to get job done ahead of schedule.
Martin
The movers spent all their time packing insignificant miscellaneous items and left the important necessary items at the old address. The movers led us to believe they completed the job and were very anxious to ask for a 10% gratuity by Zelle at a $2000+ bill the gratuity came to $200. The next we checked the old address and found all the missing items there unpacked or moved. So sad too bad reply

Martin,
On 5/30/25, during a follow-up call from our Quality Control department, you specifically said the movers were great. We’re unsure what changed between then and 6/1/25 at 1:33 a.m., when you decided to leave a 1-star review.

I was really pleased with my moving team! They were careful, efficient, and really worked hard to make it a good move. I was impressed that they came early and also were willing to make sure everything went right where I wanted it…. And then move it again when I changed my mind. I’ve had a lot of movers in the past and this is one of the best crews!

Our moving team was absolutely amazing. They did a fantastic job moving all our items efficiently and with care. They were especially careful with some large heavy items and a difficult staircase. We were very stressed about our entire move, and this team put us at ease the entire time. We had a small set back with unloading time and they were flexible and never made us feel like it was a problem.

Smooth transition! The guys were efficient and very kind. Thank you!
Bob
The gentleman who was the initial contact was prompt to call back and arrange a date for the move within a short time frame. He listened to our needs and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. The movers arrived on time. They were friendly and hard workers. Everything was wrapped and carefully arranged inside the storage unit where delivered. I'll contact Two Men and a Truck for future moves.

This company is one of the best with whom I've done business. There were three gentlemen for my move on May 30, 2025. They were consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable about how to handle everything. I am very happy with the move.
Marilyn
These guys were the greatest. My daughter is a hoarder with tons of junk. She had to leave her current location. The guys were respectful, treated her things like they were precious. I was totally impressed. Hope to never put them in a situation like that again. Can't thank you enough

Used 2 men and a truck Barrie. We were extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Delivery team were excellent. They asked for placement instructions and always confirmed each was acceptable to us. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to all our friends and family. Great experience!

My movers Josue, Ibrahim, and Trent, were absolutely fantastic. They helped my in-laws with their move, taking great care of all their belongings and helping them the whole way. Incredibly kind and professional, and made this one of the least stressful moves we’ve ever had. Can’t thank this team enough!
